    Caroline Quinones, the hotel’s Director of Sales, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She made booking my group at the hotel seamless from start to finish. Her responsiveness, professionalism and ability to accommodate our group’s needs truly stood out. She helped make our time in New York feel special and stress-free. I cannot say enough good things about her and would highly recommend working with her.

    I booked my entire team at the Four Points for a trade show at the Javits Center. The hotel is new and literally one block from the main entrance. Customer Service is outstanding! I worked directly with Caroline, Director of Sales, who made it SO easy to manage my reservations. She responded quickly and accurately to any modifications and was even able to secure two extra rooms for us at the last minute! This is my go-to property for the Javits Center with easy access to Hudson Yards and the #7 subway line.

    Excellent and friendly staff! Marvin is a wonderful front office manager and was very helpful in getting me a great room. I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff is - Bryce and Betty are awesome too! Great location walkable from Amtrak and close to Jacob Javits Convention Center that I could see along with the Hudson River from my room. Nice restaurant and lobby with chill stylish atmosphere. They even had an Easter Egg hunt with prizes for guests during my stay.

    Reservation Cancellation on Day of Arrival

    I had a very disappointing experience with Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West.I booked my stay months in advance, but on the morning of my reservation I suddenly received a notice that my reservation had been canceled because the credit card on file was declined. There was no prior communication whatsoever.What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was still receiving emails from Marriott reminding me about my upcoming stay and encouraging me to check in, which made it seem like everything was confirmed.When I contacted the hotel, the staff claimed that prior communication had been sent, but they were unable to provide any evidence or records of those messages. Canceling a reservation on the day of arrival without any confirmed attempt to notify the guest is extremely unprofessional—especially in a city like New York where last-minute accommodations can be difficult and super expensive. When we did not receive an updated form of payment within the required timeframe, the reservation was unfortunately cancelled in accordance with the booking terms.     Initially the construction nearby was problematic, but not permanent! Staff were great, shout-out to Marvin and Betty (I'm bad with names so I don't remember the others, but trust that every staff member I dealt with was personable, friendly, and helpful. And the rooms were clean and way roomier than I've come to expect out of.NY hotels. 10 out of 5, would stay again.
