Location

This hotel is located just minutes from Times Square, The theatre district, Madison Square Garden and Restaurant Row. Visitors can view the Empire State Building from the hotel and the Statue of Liberty is just under 7 km away and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens are just over 10 km away.

Facility

244 non-smoking rooms, including 180 single rooms and 60 double rooms, are located on 33 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Our group had a wonderful stay. We went with a group of students and Farrah, in particular, went above and beyond to make their experience special. Would definitely stay here again (and if you meet Farrah, you're in great hands!!)

    Marriott Bonvoy Points with nice rooms and a great location !

    This Four Points is in a great location If you want to be minutes from Times Square ! And the price is often very good compared to other hotels in the same area. What you get is a hotel with nice clean rooms, updated furniture that isn't circa 1967, a good mattress for a good sleep, a very nice staff, and a good buffet breastfast for around $22 that is surprisingly good for the price and even made to order eggs and a waffle maker . I switched from another non Bonvoy Hotel as I had a priority level that allowed a 4pmCheckout which I needed for a later evening flight. I give it four stars simply because it's a very good hotel but not a fantasy boutique hotel but definitely worth staying at if you want a Marriott Bonvoy Hotel in a great location with nice clean rooms. The rooms aren't huge but definitely give you room to walk around in unlike hotels like the Paramount etc. I didn't see a luggage rack which would have been useful but maybe I didn't look hard enough. So definitely consider this Four Point!

    Most New York City hotels are very small however, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised that these rooms were relatively spacious. We love the fact it had a desk and a nice sized bathroom for a New York City hotel. This hotel is very clean and very comfortable. My only gripe is that the window treatments allow city light to come into the room which interfered with my ability to fall asleep. A particular note was the amazing staff. Olivia and Nicole at the front desk were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating.

    From the moment my daughter and I walked into the hotel we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Nicole and Samantha. They made the experience enjoyable before we even went to our room. They provided full details of the accommodations and made us feel like we were part of the hotel family. Definitely one of my best experiences. The room was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Both of these employees deserve recognition.

    Everything about this hotel was great. Location, cleanliness, breakfast. And the staff were outstanding! Especially Mohammed Rahman who was extra accommodating. I will plan to stay here again!
