    After a fire at our home, we stayed at this hotel for over a month; the location was excellent, the room was spotless, and the kitchen facilities allowed us to live comfortably throughout our stay. The daily breakfast was delicious, and a staff member named Minire, who served during breakfast hours, was a highlight; she treated our family with a bright smile and kindness, and her genuine affection for my son made every day a happy and grateful experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Minire and all the service staff.👍👏🙌

    Hotel needs Better Attention to Condition of Rooms

    This could be a great hotel, if they maintained the rooms better and gave more forethought to guests' comfort. If too many things are somewhat wrong in a hotel, it's not relaxing:Small room (couldn't open suitcases all the way), sliding heavy wood door in bathroom didn't close all the way, blackout curtains didn't close all the way, wonky shower handle, mattress with "valley" from other guests, pillows that smell like other peoples' hair product, broken elevator that delayed our departure because of too many guests leaving at once. Snack shop out of many products. Most of the guests were from high school and college sports teams, and kids' foreign tour groups. The kids were well behaved, but adult guests may want to know that the hotel seems to have changed.Check-in staff was super nice and friendly, especially Gretchen, whom I talked to when I called to confirm reservation. Valet guys nice, guy wearing a "sons of American Legion" t shirt deserves a shout out for lifting our suitcases into our car.     Well kept spaces with plenty of meeting and work collaboration opportunities. One elevator operating was an inconvenience during peak hours and an extended internet outage was costly. The redeeming factor daily was getting to see Senaida and team running the breakfast area like a well oiled machine. She truly enabled me to start with a positive mental attitude daily.
