    I recently completed my 22nd night at this property.In the morning I found a red warning notice on my vehicle stating that it was parked without authorization and that it would be towed if the issue occurred again. As a registered guest who provided my vehicle and license plate information at check-in, receiving a towing warning was both surprising and disappointing.I assume the notice was issued because I had plugged my hybrid vehicle into an exterior outlet to top off the battery overnight. My vehicle only gains about 35 miles of charge, representing approximately $3–$4 worth of electricity.If using that outlet was against hotel policy, I would have appreciated a conversation, phone call, or note from management. Instead, the first communication I received was a warning threatening to tow the vehicle of a paying guest.What concerns me most is the message this sends about how customer relationships are valued. During my 22 nights at the hotel, I paid for lodging, used the room's electricity, heating and cooling, lighting, internet, and other amenities. As a Diamond member, I accepted the complimentary water, snack, coffee, and breakfast that are part of the guest experience. Yet the issue that prompted a towing warning appears to have been a few dollars' worth of electricity.The financial value of my business over 22 nights was evidently outweighed by concern over a small amount of power usage. That is a disappointing business decision and one that has caused me to reconsider staying at your property.I am aware of the charging stations located behind the hotel. However, the combination of a flat access fee and per-kWh charges makes them impractical for simply topping off a hybrid vehicle. Other Hilton properties I visit provide guest-friendly charging options, and as a result, they have earned my repeat business.Unfortunately, after receiving a warning threatening to tow my authorized vehicle, I no longer feel comfortable staying at this hotel. No paying guest should have to worry about whether their vehicle may be towed while they are checked in and actively patronizing the property.It is unfortunate that after 22 nights of business, the value of that relationship appears to have been measured against a few dollars of electricity rather than the loyalty of a repeat customer.

    Super clean, super helpful staff, great breakfast

    We have stayed many times at this hotel and we're always impressed with the cleanliness--thank you, staff!--and the breakfasts, with variety, fresh fruit, and a good cup of coffee. This past week, the absolute standout was the concierge Ms. Williams, who saved us when a third-party booker let us down and the room was pulled out from under our feet. She was so kind and so capable--did what it took to get us a room. In an age of AI chatbots, customer "service" reps reading from scripts, etc., to find a real human being who cares and helps--wow. Thank you so much, Ms. Williams. You're the rare person in the hospitality industry who truly understands what hospitality means.

    Dirty Room, Rude Staff, and Broken Amenities Avoid This Hotel

    I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, the room was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair on the bed sheets and in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the stay.The carpets in the hallways and room were stained and disgusting, adding to the feeling that cleanliness is not a priority here. To top it off, none of the ice machines on any floor were working. I had to go all the way to the front desk just to get a tiny cup’s worth of ice from a large bag they kept behind the counter—definitely not guest-friendly.Staff interactions were unwelcoming and unhelpful. It felt like we were an inconvenience any time we asked for something.Also, be aware that parking is $15 per night, which feels excessive given the overall poor quality of the stay.The only positive I can mention is that the area felt safe. But that’s about it. Between the lack of cleanliness, unfriendly service, and broken amenities, I would absolutely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

    Great location if you don't mind being treated like an annoyance and not a guest

    Great location --easy drive to Yankee Stadium, Upper West Side of Manhattan, CT-but this property and the staff get less and less welcoming every time we come . Parking is NOT free-but they make clear they aren't responsible for your car . No cups in the room-get them yourself from the lounge -but you don't find out until you're IN the room. No soap by the sink-use the shower gel-- but it's nowhere near the sink . Breakfast food is cheap , snacks are a ripoff and staff acts like they're annoyed you're there . Don't expect to feel welcomed . It's as if some tech bro programmed an algorithm to see what he can nickel and dime next . Bring your own soap--and snacks

    Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast food was good overall (waffles are the best but egg and cheese omelets were tasty). There are a few signs of wear but that is to be expected for how busy it is. But it was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. Would stay there again and recommend
