    On its way to better but not there completely--FRONT DESK STAFF ISSUES

    Security and housekeeping made it worth the trip. The room was good, minor adjustments needed and underway.Only two of the desk staff were really wonderful. The rest, 8ncluding the manager, leave m7ch to be desired.The e-cards are a MAJOR PROBLEM. EVERYDAY I had to get them calibrated again as they would not open the door. Some staff were rude, assuming you did not kniw what you were doing . Too much attitude. One was totally awful and Rude!However, the grounds are quiet, the rooms are clean--no bugs. The fluctuating prices did not make me happy, but joining the "club" offsets that.The nearby mall, restaurants and eateries, plus the supermarket nearby make it easy. The nearby b towns help make it easy as well. It's more extended stays for business than "luxury" so don't expect "high end". The tech is fine but being your own monitor(s). The TV HDMI is hard to get to--LG TV.     I am enraged that I had to spend $100.00 for a night to sleep in a bed with linen that smelled funny and for a room with ran down furniture. They had the audacity to ask for $20.00 for my dog to stay there when the room wasn't fit for even a dog to sleep in. There was a bug in my refrigerator too which indicated to me that the room wasn't cleaned before I got there. I want my money back it should be free to stay at this homeless shelter.     First and Last Time

    The mattress was old and lumpy not comfortable AT ALL. They need to dust EVERYTHING in the room. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door knob must’ve went through it. The tub needs to be replaced it’s stained with dirt. They didn’t finish the paint job in the room. The toilet RAN ALL NIGHT. Even if the price was reasonable they still could do better on the upkeeps of their rooms. They didn’t even have coffee or tea in the main lobby.     The worst place anywhere

    Don't do it. This place is a filthy run-down dump. No continental breakfast as advertised, pool or fitness room haven't been opened in years, rude unhelpful employees, I personally saw a maid walking down the hall with a Lit cigarette which she put out on the wall before entering the office. Everything was absolutely disgusting. Police all over the place at night and probably for a good reason, avoid this place at all cost!     Terrible experience

    This is not a place for any human being. I never seen this kind of hotel situation in any country in the world. There are very dirty smells, bad bugs everywhere, the swimming pool isn't even functioning, no TV, and no breakfast. Even if there was breakfast, let alone to eat there, u wouldn't want to stand for 5 minutes. Part of the deck is collapsed. I don't understand how the city health department even allows them to function like that. Never go there unless they rebuild and change everything. It was a quick decision to book there, and I never thought it would be this bad because I've had good experiences in other quality inn hotels. It should be blocked by government authority. This is not exaggeration it is a fact. I feel terrible. I took my own bedding and towels and managed to sleep on the top by putting my own linen. In general, don't go there. To whoever lives there, please read this review and please raise this issue for city officials who are working for safety of the people. Thank you,Sunshine from MD.
