  This was my first ever hotel stay, and I really enjoyed it. My room was exceptionally clean, linen clean, bathroom sink, toilet, and tub also clean. The place was also quiet. Only a couple of incidents with a car in the parking lot outside my window playing music way too loud during the night. Also, my curtains were wide opened to get the sun in until I realized the windows are not tinted or mirrored from the outside, so anyone from the parking lot can see you. Vending machines are on the floor as well as ice machines. Housecleaning and front desk workers are all beautiful and helpful people. The phones in the room doesn't work at all as for calling out, but who needs it. Everybody has their own phones these days. I only ordered DoorDash food so I can't tell you how the food is, except the continental breakfast in the morning. I ate hot bagels with butter and jelly. The bed is huge and soft. I smelled no weed smoke, and I must say that along made it worth the stay and worth the price. A bit of cigarette smoke in the hallways when walking to the elevators, but nothing major. Overall, I give this hotel five stars all day. 11 days, and a great experience.

  Great hotel the views are exceptional will be visiting again in the near future. This is actually not my first time staying at this Ramada by Wyndham Yonkers so that should tell you how much I recommend this Getaway.

  I’m going to write this while I’m still here, because if they don’t care, I don’t care. I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve NEVER had a problem with the people at the front desk, they’ve always been pleasant. So today(April 3rd 2023), I woke up to the sound of water. I wake up and wow! water is everywhere. I immediately call the front desk on my cell phone, because the phone in the room doesn’t work at all. Someone came immediately and he cleans the water. He says I need a new room because the water is everywhere and it needs to get cleaned and dried out or it will mold. I get a new room in no time. I have to go back and forth between my old room and the new one to move my stuff out/in. While I’m doing this, housekeeping women, assuming that I am not Hispanic or at the very least speak Spanish are saying the most disrespectful things in Spanish. God knows they’re not angry because they clean all day and the rooms are spotless, because I’m sure you’ve all seen the reviews on room conditions. But this was my last straw. I’ve stayed at this place for years. Sometimes for a month at a time, but never again. After this stay I will no longer come back here. The unprofessionalism and disrespect was the last straw for me.

  The staff was awesome. The main issue are the fixtures and furniture. The lamps appear to be dirty and rusted in some places. The drawers were also aged and unclean. I think The Ramada should take time and remodel to meet the standards of hotels and motels of today.
