    My wife and I spent a night at the Hilton Brooklyn on May 8th. The room met our expectation and the dining room was excellent. But even more impressive was the young man at the front desk. He was courteous and very helpful in getting our luggage into the hotel and the next morning having it picked up as we were going on a cruise. His help is the main reason I am making the effort to write this review.     I was dealing with some serious jet lag on my business trip. Marciana went above & beyond for me and really made me feel like the Hilton was my home away from home.     Beautiful Hotel, Strange Executive Lounge

    My husband and I stayed at the Brooklyn Hilton for two nights and it's a lovely hotel. We're Diamond members and were upgraded to an executive room, which was beautiful and spotless. The hotel was mostly quiet, the location was great and most of the employees were friendly. The only slight issues were the hours of the restaurant/bar and the executive lounge. We wanted to use our $35 resort credit for lunch or an afternoon drink, but when we went to order, we were told the restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner. The executive lounge was truly strange as it was completely empty, minus the hot water and tea bag I got one night. There was absolutely nothing in it. It was roped off at breakfast both mornings when I was in the lobby and one of the days, my husband went to get breakfast in there and was denied, because we didn't have a voucher. This was confusing, as we had lounge access. Thankfully, the lounge access was complimentary with our Diamond status, so we didn't pay for it. I would advise anyone not to pay for it, as it is a completely empty room.     Disappointing F&B, Otherwise an Average Stay

    I recently stayed at the Hilton Brooklyn New York for one night. While I didn’t have particularly high expectations, I still believe a global brand like Hilton should maintain consistent standards—especially in food & beverage quality and overall service infrastructure.Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was below expectations. The quality and presentation did not reflect the level typically associated with the Hilton brand.On the positive side, the room was adequate and met basic expectations, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay.Overall, it was an average experience. While the accommodation and service were acceptable, the food & beverage offering needs improvement to better align with Hilton’s standards.
