    So, the very best part of this hotel is its location. Pretty much perfectly situated to get to everything easily. Our room (Studio King Deluxe) was large enough and didn't feel cramped. We had an issue while there, but they addressed it satisfactorily and without attitude. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A few negatives: Along with this location comes a fair bit of road noise. I think this is unavailable as the hotel is at a very busy intersection. You will absolutely get hit up for a timeshare presentation. If you get breakfast with your room, it is about a block away and you have to choose from a list of items and can't order what you want. Would I stay here again? Most likely.

    Would never stay here again. I am a very frequent business traveler. I have a high tolerance for rooms with problems. This is the weirdest room with windows you can’t see out of. It’s so closed in. Feels like you are in a basement or something. Horrible.

    The Quin has great customer service. Everyone I met smiles and always asks if I need help. It locates in a relatively quiet street, but you can easily walk to Central Park, Time Square, and MoMA.However, I probably booked the basic room and it was extremely tiny. The window doesn't have any view. Bathrobes are dry and hard, with a tag saying I can buy it if I like it: honestly no one would like that. The refrigerator is so aloud that I have to unplug it. AC is also just right above the bed because of the very low ceiling, so I have to turn it off. I didn't fall asleep until midnight.Overall, this hotel is too old and definitely needs maintenance or renovation. Please stay away from this place: there are so many other choices nearby.

    We have just returned from 5 nights at our favourite hotel.We absolutely love it and all the staff are fabulous! Our room was large, beautifully decorated, great views and spotlessly clean. Special praise to Marissa, Ishraq and Janet for making us feel like we’ve “come home”.They go above and beyond to make you have a perfect stay. Many thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

    We have stayed here about six times in the last three years . Never dissatisfied rather the opposite. The staff is attentive , the rooms are what you get in NYC small but well designed . Walkable location with a convenient subway stop near by . Restaurant ( quite good ) next door . We are spoiled and choose to stay here without a second thought . Now it is in the Hilton Club point share program . You may get asked or bribed to go to a sales pitch . The folks are pleasant and understand “ no “
