    Clean large room, comfy bed. Pool and restaurant not available for use!!! Light by bed flickers on and off randomly (creepy). Fitness center TINY! No treadmills

    Taylor to the rescue

    I hosted my daughter’s wedding atTimber Point and used this hotel for our out of town guests. First and foremost I would like to extend a heart felt thanks to Taylor our event coordinator she was absolutely wonderful. I had last minute changes with some family needing to book and Taylor made things happen. I was supposed to fly out on Monday with some family members and found out our flight was canceled. Once again Taylor to the rescue, she was able to extend our stay for an additional night.I highly recommend this hotel for hosting your guests for any events you have in the area.Thanks Taylor for making it so stress free for me!!

    This is a basic hotel. What one would expect from a Hilton Garden. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It is not just 2 miles from the airport, but it is convenient.

    It was comfortable. Natasha the bar tender was very pleasant. Here are the people that I thought was polite and helpful. Ashley,John, Jimmy, Jeremy, George, Michael. Everyone there was helpful, friendly. I would stay at that hotel again. It was the friendliness hotel that I stayed at. All the workers deserve a five star. Especially John the server.

    I have stayed at this hotel for the past five years when I come to Long Island for a family reunion. The room runs us about $300 a night but it has been clean, comfortable and convenient. This year they started charging an additional $10 per night for parking! If you don’t pay, you risk having your car towed. I think this is outrageous! They claim it’s to prevent people who are not guests from using the lot. Very easily prevented by giving guests a pass for their car when they check in.
