    Poor hygiene. Bathroom is clogged. Maintenance was fast . Alot of dirt out of drainage. Rooms are ordinary. doesn't worth the price we pay. No breakfast . Compared with best western ... best western .. much better. From all angles.     The front desk had two staff, and the one with glasses (her name slipped my mind) was 10 out of 10. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly - as examples, she guided us to a nearby restaurant and upon our return immediately remembered that we needed a bottle opener. That type of customer experience made a regular stay much more enjoyable. I would stay here again.     Our blanket got dirty. We went to get a new one and the guy said he had no blankets we had to sleep with sheets.     Can’t say enough good things. VERY clean. Food was excellent. Staff, very friendly, courteous. Particularly we had great interactions with Jimmy (host) and Alfredo (chef) at Lorenzo’s for breakfast. They were professional and very accommodating. Presentation of the food was excellent as well.
