    I am incredibly grateful to the staff at this hotel, especially LiAnn and Joshua at the front desk. During our recent stay, my husband experienced a serious medical emergency. They both responded quickly, called for medical assistance immediately, and stayed calm, compassionate, and attentive throughout the situation. They went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for and supported during a very stressful time. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and we truly cannot thank them enough.

    I booked a room on 22 floor for an overnight visit. I couldn’t hear any street noise. View faced away from the street. Room was clean and staff were nice. There is a very small convenience store close by. Elevators moved quickly. Would stay again if I was spending my time near time square.

    David was so helpful! I needed an itemized receipt for my stay, and he was prompt and professional, yet warm and genuine. I never write reviews but I was so impressed by him that I'd be remiss to not leave one. I know this is a pretty small thing in the grand scheme of life but the little moments show who someone really is. I would be proud to work with and employ David. Great service, and the person hiring him truly outdid themselves. You are lucky to have such an outstanding human in your employ. My warmest. Thanks again, David!

    Convenient to both Penn Station and the theaters but outside of the Times Square chaos this was perfect. Typically functional room. Nice staff.

    Attention Smokers!

    Attention All Smokers- Beware of this hotel!! My family was charged an additional $272 after our stay. The housekeeping staff said they found evidence of smoking in the room. I want to preference that our one room contain myself, my husband and our 2 children, 16 and 12. We stayed on the 8th floor. On 4/2/26 the high was 49 degrees and we barely went out that day because it was so cold, so why would we open the windows in our room? What housekeeping staff actually found was weed in the window seal. Also did not belong to my family. I asked several times that the hotel review footage from the front of the hotel, where we did go out to smoke. I wish we had thrown the cigarettes out on the street instead of being considerate enough to throw our butts away in a trash can. They claimed there were ashes in the window seal, next to the bed my children slept in. I had another trip planned for this weekend and Hilton has completely ruined my next trip due to stealing $272 from me. It's important to note that we received our incidental fee back upon leaving the hotel but was then charged a smoking fee. Very disappointed that it's our word against the shady staff at this hotel. Customer service is also no help as they will just call the hotel and take their side. Patricia Soto unwilling to hear my side of the story. She initially said when we talked this morning that she would see what she could do to reverse the fee but I now see, that was just to get me off the phone. She emailed me right back and said they would not be reversing the fee. Needless to say, we won't be staying at Hilton ever again.
