    My short stay was excellent; it's clean and has everything you need. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Martin and Laura—thank you to them! I highly recommend it!

    Location is very accessible to anything. If you are going to Ellis island and statue of liberty,the ferry terminal is just across. Many subways and resto around the area.Hotel is quiet,but lots of constructions going on in the street. Our room is ok..but they have to work on their plumbing and water temp. Tub easily get flooded when you shower. And water is very hot and will get cold if you let it run for 30mins.Other than those 2 quirks..all is good for its price. Staff are very helpful,warm and considerate. Especially Martin. He helped us a lot during our check out.

    Excellent hotel! Location is perfect to financial district and Ellis Island Ferry ( Statue of Liberty) The lobby is welcoming and the staff was extremely courteous. Shout out to Martin Zamira for his help, and even gave us tips for other sites and eats!Highly recommend it!!!

    The front desk provided excellent service and a positive experience. Martin and Zamira were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent, making this highly recommended.
