    I stayed for 3 days at this hotel; my room was very clean. The area surrounding the hotel was not sketchy I would feel safe bringing small children. Staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival.

    Absolutely horrible experience DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Scammers Work HERE!!!! They will charge your card DAILY incidentals for EACH day you stay upfront whatever they Want-from $75-$100-$200 or more. They attempted without my permission to charge my card $400 more for a 2 night stay stating $200/day incidentals on a printout they placed in the rewards check in- An amount I did NOT have upfront on the card used as a rewards member the stay was $433.00 to begin with, booked about 11am 9/5/25. even though that was horrible my husband said he would pay it on his card they said NO had to be the card used to book online even offered cash they said NO. We said never mind we will just have to leave-they still CHARGED me the $433!!!!! We traveled 12plus hours with our babies to visit NY. We had to go to another hotel in BROOKLYN.I called Hilton rewards literally CRYING because I was so tired their response was good- the agent actually was livid at what they were doing and offered us another hotel near by but the vibe was so sketchy we did not want to be near. Police were all over the property and watching my husband like he was a criminal!!!!! The did Not let us check in and said no incidentals payment is a cancellation!!!!!! Manager cancelled the Reservation then refused to refund my money. I was only refunded $199 plus tax when Hilton rewards called them with me on 3way because they LIED and stated we actually checked in after being on hold by the front desk for over an hour!!! The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Hilton rewards even offered to compensate the fees because that practice was so unfair but the manager gave to room to someone ELSE!!!! Complete idiots run this Place DO NOT STAY. Had to call my bank to attempt to get my money back, contacted NYS DCP, and NYS OAG. Practice is deceptive and quite frankly illegal!

    This was the first time we've ever stayed here. We were checked in by Monique. She was wonderful!! Due to a miscommunication about our reservation (through no fault of the hotel, but the friend who made it), we couldn't get the rate we were promised. We were a little thrown off by this, but she was so calm and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She was able to offer a solution that worked. She represents the hotel well. Our bed was very comfortable and the room configuration was good. We would have preferred more lighting in the room. The older you get, the more you need light! The floor was quiet which we appreciated. All iin all, a very good experience.

    The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet even when full. The desk staff doubles serving drinks and some food. Wait at the desk and they will return. Trying to look like a bargain, parking was separately billed at $15 for self parking in a concrete multi-story garage. Pet fee is $75 and this place has no grass for a dog walk. They couldn’t care about your pet. And surprise, breakfast is available for a separate cost. The bill just adds up. Many better places to stay. We will not return.

    Hotel was clean, well organized but expensive. Recommend more staff be available in dining area during evening hours. Waiter worked hard but food took 45 from kitchen to table.
