    This worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's $20 can ride from the airport, its not 1/4 mile away.THEY HAVE NO LEFT LUGGAGE facility. Really? Says on Expedia that they do. They don't. So it cost €200+ at the airport pus all the faff an messing around.The staff were rude and had so much attitude. The manager just stood there when I complained about the room issues and didn't apologise. This is a terrible hotel and a shame on the hilton brand. Pleaee avoid.They put our family in a room next to the lifts and the noise was terrible all night. What a pathetic experience. Very SAD. its only been open one year and its falling apart. AVOID

    An airport hotel without shuttle service??????

    You run an airport hotel where your shuttle doesn’t not START until 4 pm on Saturday and you don’t even bother to tell your incoming guests about this? I’ve had a reservation here for months, you didn’t reach out ONCE to notify me of the fact that you apparently just decide not to run a shuttle during the middle of the day on Saturday. I would never have booked this hotel if I had known this.

    The room was so much larger than our ManhattanHotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shuttle to JFK was efficient and left every half hour I cannot say enough about the accommodating staff. I wanted to send a package and had a box but no tape. They didn’t have tape at the front desk And contacted their engineer who had tape in his storage area. He was kind enough to get it for me and I was able to have them send out my package the next morning. The breakfast was as expected your typical variety of breakfast items. I would say fair too good. Nothing extraordinary.

    Room was of good standard but not spacious especially with little kids.The baby cot was too small.The breakfast dint have much variety to choose from.Wifi was good and amenities too.Convenient if it's just a layover as you wait for flight or on business.

    Expensive and poor - the worst combination

    Poor facilities, the worn out communal areas are dirty, food and drink offering very poor. Bar didn’t have enough glasses for 5 of us to have drinks!Rooms are ok but not up to the standard you will expect from the rate. If you have any other options use somewhere else , crazy expensive and very poor value for money.
