    Small, expensive rooms

    The room is big enough for 1 person. Very little counter space in bathroom. Frosted glass on bathroom door reflects to the bed 6ft from the bathroom. The light in the bathroom turns on automatically when you enter- again, shining on the bed. Charging outlets only accommodate older USB ports. The room was clean but the carpet in the hallways are dirty and stained. Our coffee pot didn’t work. We had to ask 3 times for a replacement pot. Received one 9 hours later.     Awful management. Not surprised about the other reviews. Due to various difficulties I had due to the situation in the middle east and flights being canceled and moved I ask to move a reservation by one day since I arrived a day later. there was more than enough availability. but instead of showing good will the management decided to stick to the cancellation policy and keep my money. no interest in customer service at all.

    Pro: 1. The staff is top rate! There wasn't one staff member who wasn't wonderful and helpful. 2. The room was clean3. The location was excellent4. Good restaurants a short walk from the hotel. Cons:1. 1/2 the outlets didn't work.2. the cofee maker didn't work.3. the hot tub was dirty (the life guard was very helpful and nice)

    the property is has a great location!!! It is literally 2min walk from Metro A train station!! Hotel is clean. Amenities in the bathroom is good you dont have to bring your own shampoo,conditioner and body wash.

    Have been an IHG member since 2018. A member of my party had a medical emergency the day before our reservation. The deadline for canceling was a day before that at 6:00PM. I requested that the cancellation penalty be waived given the circumstances and my IHG membership. I spent hours being rerouted through steps and denied at every turn. The most upsetting part of this was that it became evident that there was no intention of granting the exception. Yet at every turn I was greeted with a "Thank you for your loyalty and for being a member". I checked the availability of rooms for the day we were scheduled to stay and there were a number of rooms available so there here was no loss of revenue if the request was granted.There is something wrong with a company that does business this way and based on the reviews I have read since our this incident I can see it shows up in a number of ways. When a hotel, or any business, is not customer centered, when it does not value customer loyalty but says it is grateful for it, it is not a business i will support and I caution to to do so.
