    THIS HOTEL COMMITS CREDIT CARD FRAUD, I HAD TO CALL POLICE ON THEM. They charged me a $100 incidental hold on my card that never dropped off for over a month. When I called to fix it, the employee claimed it was refunded, I told her I called my bank twice and they confirmed they did not remove it. She told me to call my bank again, I said I'll just file a dispute because I don't want to go back and forth between them and the bank. THIS EVIL LADY then charges my card another $100 fraudulently. Her excuse? She said she charged me because I "was going to file the dispute". She then refused to give her name and kept hanging up. I ultimately had to bring police to the hotel and file credit card fraud charges to get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable—watch your card charges if you stay here.     Nice hotel, fair price!

    This is a nice clean hotel. The rooms were modern and up to date. The breakfast was ok with lots to choose from. The exercise room was big and the equipment was in great condition. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative thing about this hotel is it is difficult to get to coming from the Hoboken Train Station.     TERRIBLE on all accounts. Front desk is not helpful; does not speak very good English. When you call, you are placed on hold for 20+ minutes and no one gets back to you. Call back, no apology. I book corporate travel daily and have never experienced such a debacle like this.     I stayed here recently for the Beyoncé concert, and while the hotel itself was clean and in a convenient location, the service I experienced left a lot to be desired.I originally booked my room through Hotels.com back in February. The day before check-in, I tried to adjust my reservation to accommodate another guest. I was told I had to make the change through the booking site, so I did—but instead of modifying the original reservation, the system created a second one. When I arrived, the hotel staff insisted I was responsible for both rooms and showed no understanding of the mix-up, despite me explaining the situation multiple times.To make matters worse, I received a call from the hotel while driving, demanding that I immediately submit a $100 deposit. Even though I explained I was behind the wheel and would need a few minutes to safely pull over, I was repeatedly told they would cancel my booking if I didn’t handle it right away.One staff member even made a completely unnecessary and inappropriate comment about the wallet I was carrying—implying that I should’ve known better, which was both condescending and offensive.Thankfully, Hotels.com stepped in and refunded the extra charge after reviewing the situation, but the way the hotel handled it was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat guests in the future.     Terrible Hotel

    As I was boarding my plane, this hotel called me and told me that they had canceled my reservations. I had booked my reservation the year prior and had received a excellent rate. On my layover, I was able to book a room at the same hotel at triple the price. I spoke with the manager but she was rude and refused to do anything for me, and while on the phone with her I told her the room was dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. She told me I should find another hotel, but but there were no rooms to be had because the United Nations conference was in progress. On day two of my stay, at about 4 pm she gave me 15 minutes to leave the premises. I am of senior age and my wife has medical issues but she kicked us out! She charged me for one day and a late check out fee of $150. I went back and forth with Holiday Inn customer service but they told me right or wrong they will always back the hotel. Stay away from this dump because they don’t value or care about their customers.
