Location

The hotel is just off the Long Island Expressway (Interstate 495) making its location central to everything. It is only 1.5 km to Hauppauge Industrial Park, 24 km to Adventureland Amusement Park and 56 km to New York City.

Facility

The hotel has 133 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Strong odour and noise from coonecting room.

    I had horrible experience here. There was strong food smell coming from the room next door. The smell was passing through connecting door ( there is a space under the door). Since all of the room has a microwave they could have atleast make sure every room is sealed . And Jesus the whole corridor plus my room was stinking with their food plus it was quiet noisy. Even though I requested a room change , they told there was no other free room available.. The window was not able to fully open.. Hotel should make sure the rooms are sealed well when they place a microwave in the room..     I travel a lot by car and stay in many hotels and motels and this was a terrific hotel. Great clean, modern rooms. Excellent breakfast, includes hot food! Staff is wonderful. Since I have family in the area I will be staying here often.     Can't stay past 2 weeks Make sure you know

    I want everybody to know especially those who are waiting for house to be built or out of town workers you can't stay here more than 2 weeks which makes no sense. They have it posted nowhere not on the wall not on the receipt not on the website it's a horrible business practice. Now no hotel in New York will let you stay past 29 days because of tenancy issues but when I asked to stay 10 extra days to the 24th day they said this is not an extended stay which was asinine to come out of the woman's mouth who is a manager or maybe the property manager even. Not even long-term hotels again will let you stay that long but they don't post this and I'm positive it's because they don't want you to know because if you did and you thought that this could go past two weeks you're stay that is you would go somewhere else so make a wise and formative decision and walk away from this place that overcharges you and is very inconsistent in their behavior. I had a woman bark at me to ask me what I was doing that work there and then 2 minutes later I walk through the door the biggest bipolar moment of my life and said welcome back with the biggest smile on her face. They are not trained here to do anything but take your money.     Always enjoy staying st this hotel. It is neat, clean, quiet & all staff I interacted with were polite, friendly & professional. I feel like I get good value for money at this hotel - something I cannot say for many hotels.     Pleasant stay

    Stayed over one night after a wedding. Arrived late but front desk was ready for us with a pleasant greeting and quick service. Room was clean and bathroom was stocked with towels and shampoo, Conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we were pleased there were two chairs in the room and plenty of space to hang clothes and put our luggage. I prefer wood flooring to carpet. The entryway was wood but rest was carpet that could use replacing frankly. Coffee and breakfast was served and that was good.
