    Extremely Rude Receptionist, Zero Customer Service

    This was one of the worst hotel reception experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and showed absolutely zero customer service skills from the moment we arrived.My 4-year-old child was calmly playing in the reception area, not bothering anyone, and instead of handling the situation politely or speaking to us like normal human beings, she immediately escalated the situation and called the police. That reaction was completely unnecessary, shocking, and unacceptable.There was no attempt to communicate, no warning, no kindness — just attitude and hostility. If you work in hospitality, especially at the front desk, basic courtesy and patience are the bare minimum. This employee clearly lacks both.I would never stay here again, and management seriously needs to review who they put at the front desk because this kind of behavior ruins the entire hotel experience.     Nightmare and lies

    I reserved a room a month in advance. I the 4 hour trip it took me to get there I was called 3 times. First to ask if I was coming- which I found odd. 2nd was to tell me they pre-checked me in. The third time I was a mile from the parking lot and was told I don't have a room. They offered me a refund but it was 11:30pm and I had no where else to go. They offered a king room with 1 king bed. My party included myself, my 24 year old daughter and my 25 year old son in law. He had to end up sleeping on the FLOOR! I was promised I would have a proper room the next day. The room they gave me the next day again had 1 bed. I had to wait another hour or 2 to receive the proper room with 2 beds. This caused me to miss 2 of my appointments. I was told to talk to management before I checked out. I was introduced to Aurymar and asked her if we can talk in private so other customers wouldn't hear. After explaining everything to her she offed me 50,000 points on my membership which would be enough for a free stay at most of their hotels. Now its a month later and I had no points on my account. I called the hotel to speak to Aurymar and left her a message 2 times. She never responded. I called today and she used her employee once again to run interference- Aurymar never got on the phone but instead accused me ( through her employee who knew what happened to me) that I misunderstood It was only 15,000 points- A Blatant lie and she knows it. She should be ashamed of herself.     First time staying here-Will come back

    We stayed here for one night to attend a relatives party nearby. The room was clean. However, there could be a few improvements. Such as updating the pillows (much too soft) and either re-doing the bottom of the tub or have a mat available to put at the bottom. It was slippery and difficult to take a shower.     OK stay, with some flaws

    Pretty typical mid-range hotel experience - OK, but definitely with some flaws. Room was reasonably comfortable and clean. Some signs of wear and tear, all the carpet probably needs replacing and some little spots/stains in the shower & elsewhere. The TV guide didn't match the channels so that was a minor annoyance. The breakfast offered by the hotel is pretty good. Probably the biggest drawback was the pool: the water & air around it irritated our eyes and made all of us sneeze, it was pretty much unusable - even our 4 y.o. didn't want to stay in it after a few minutes (which takes a lot!).
