  We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always kind, professional, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, making it a perfect place to unwind.Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the high level of cleanliness throughout the entire property and the attention to detail in every aspect.A special mention goes to Cal, who helped us with an issue at check-out when we were at risk of missing our flight. Thanks to his promptness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help, everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. His support truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression.Overall, the service was excellent, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here.We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

  Nice stay @Home2Suites Long Island NYC

  Our flight got suspended due to blizzard and need to find another hotel which is nearer to LGA. Luckily i got points and used it to book. Here is my detailed review.1. Location - accessible and near to subway serving Trains N and W. There were small restos and convenience store as well.2. Room - as expected, we love it due to its space and amenities with it, like kitchenette, and living room.3. Price - within mid-range but still worth it.4. Amenities - we were not able to go around the hotel but i learned they have gym. Unfortunately, they don’t have any restaurant, though they do have a pantry section where you can buy some snacks.5. Staff - thanks to Enzo, helped us to check in since that time the hilton app is not working. He also upgraded us to City View as a gold member.6. Luggage storage fee - this is the first time i experienced getting charged for storing our luggage. Overall, it was a nice stay, primarily on the space provided inside the room.

  Welcoming, cheerful staff, beautiful lobby and our suite was huge! We will definitely stay here again when we are visiting Brooklyn/Queens - one of our nicest NYC hotel experiences!

  Our stay here was very easy, comfortable which says a lot because it is in LIC/NYC. Convenient for Subway access and also has coffee shop , parking and Dunkin relatively close by. Cal Calderon was really helpful, approachable and really helped contribute to the success of this stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

  I had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Long Island City / Manhattan View, and it was a very pleasant experience.The first thing I would like to point out is the location of the hotel. The subway station is right next to the hotel, literally steps away. This made it very easy to go to Manhattan. It was a huge relief to know that I could get to the subway station within 3 minutes of leaving the hotel, especially after a long day of sightseeing.I stayed in the Manhattan View room, and the view from there was simply amazing. As you can see from the pictures, the view of the skyline is simply beautiful, especially when the sun is shining. It was a treat to wake up to that view every morning.The room itself was clean, modern, and spacious for a New York hotel room. The room was laid out very well and was very comfortable. There was plenty of natural light, which was a bonus.The breakfast was also very good. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was a lot of variety. It was definitely a lot better than what I have come to expect from a hotel breakfast.The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful whenever I had any questions. They definitely made the experience even more enjoyable.There are also convenient stores and a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, which made it very easy to get snacks or coffee whenever I wanted.Overall, this hotel is definitely a great choice if you are looking for a hotel that is close to the subway station, has a great view of the Manhattan skyline, and has friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
