  Perfect Family Stay Near American Dream Mall

  My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options that worked well for both adults and children.The location was very convenient—just a short drive to the American Dream Mall, which made our trip even more enjoyable. It’s also close to several shops, including Walmart, Target, and a nearby supermarket, so anything we needed was easily accessible.Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff truly stood out—they were professional, friendly, and attentive. I especially appreciated that they checked in with me via text to ensure everything was going smoothly. That level of care made a big difference.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

  Front desk is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. All the rooms have been redone and they have new exercise equipment. Their breakfast has only choices all good. I had a particular issue I was getting dressed for a wedding and my zipper was broken. My husband and I together couldn’t get the zipper above a certain spot. I had to call down to the Desk they sent Denise the manager up who was very patient and helpful and very nice shout out to Denise for being a great assistant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  What a terrific hotel! We had a two room suite with a full kitchen, large closet, many drawers and shelves even in the bathroom, and two large TVs. The hotel is extremely clean, the pool is great, all the people are so nice including Calista and Brian at the front desk. An amazing breakfast with the usual (eggs, cereals, oatmeal) but how about a full taco bar with flour and corn tortillas and about 8 toppings including shredded chicken. Vegan overnight oats with oat milk as well as chia pudding with oat milk. Delicious muffins, coffee cake, donuts, and a variety of bagels with lovely fresh toppings like whipped cream cheese and orange marmalade. Coffee machine in the room and fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. Free parking as well. Cannot wait to return!

  This is clearly an older hotel that has been updated in some areas. 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Furnishings in the room looked newer. Lots of traffic noise outside throughout the night since it is on a busy road. The hotel was a solid choice for a night before heading into NYC. I would stay again for a night if in the area.

  Wonderful stay! Huge rooms with comfy beds and extra blankets. It was nice having the bedroom separate from the rest of the unit. And I love the shower/tub/toilet separate from the sink/vanity area. While my kiddo showered I could still get ready without having to worry about sweating like crazy from the shower steam lol.. Plenty of bathroom necessities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body gel/soap, lotion, towels, hair dryer and waste baskets). Hot water came quickly and never ran out. The kitchen had all the basic cookware/dinnerware. Full size fridge, flat top stove and microwave furnished. The only thing missing, that would have been nice, was liquid dish soap. Instead, I cut open the dishwasher packet to wash the few dishes we did use. Which actually worked out better than expected. Great distant view of NYC from our room. As for the rest of the hotel.. The staff was friendly. Check-in / Check-out were quick and easy. The weight room and sauna were really nice. The indoor pool area is okay. Strong chlorine/bromine smell in the air (common for indoor water pools/parks). The bathroom by the pool needed some attention. There is a shower in the main pool area, with warm water, to rinse off (extra towels are provided for these areas). The included breakfast was just okay (I was surprised to see they only had waffles for 1 of the 2 days we were there. I always thought waffles were like a hotel breakfast staple). The muffins/bagels were a decent alternate. Plenty of places to sit. Overall the hotel was perfect for us. Nearby: A shopping center with a couple restaurants, a burger joint, a grocery, a dollar store and a liquor store (couple others as well). Also close to the bus stop (162/163) that takes you directly to the Port Authority terminal in Manhattan. The hotel will provide free shuttle service to the bus stop if you don't want to walk. No late night shuttle so we (2 women in our 20's/40's) walked from where the bus dropped us off. It was a short peaceful, quiet walk (maybe 5-7minutes). I definitely recommend staying here.
