    Exceptional service, spotless rooms and outstanding location. The Belleclaire is my favorite hotel in NYC, and the little patisserie on site is delicious! You cannot beat the quality for the money. Shanies and Maria at the front desk are the best. I can't wait to come back!

    We had an amazing stay at Hotel Belleclaire! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of charm. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff and customer service—they went above and beyond to make our visit special.My fiancé was celebrating his birthday, and before we had even arrived, the hotel surprised him with a thoughtful birthday treat waiting in our room. It was such a personal touch and made us feel incredibly valued as guests.The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a memorable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel Belleclaire to anyone visiting New York. We can't wait to come back!

    Great room, location, and service from Ruben

    My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable; the location was convenient, and Ruben at the front desk went above and beyond to help us.The room had a nice comfortable bed and excellent climate control, both of which can be tricky to find at NYC hotels and are clutch for summer visits. The hotel is right near the 1 train and a short walk to Central Park, which makes getting around easy. And the customer service from folks like Ruben was excellent. He helped us resolve a mixup with our reservation that saved our trip, and was helpful and considerate the whole way through. We'd definitely stay here again.

    An anniversary weekend to remember at our favorite place in NYC !!

    We were excited to return to the Belleclaire - this time for an anniversary weekend in NYC. Upon hearing it was an our anniversary at check-in, Benedict at the front desk immediately upgraded us to a fantastic suite with all of the amenities and overlooking Broadway. We really enjoyed the location on the Upper West Side within walking distance of our favorite restaurants on Amsterdam and Columbus Ave, the Museum of Natural History and Central Park. Subway 1 minute away offered stress-free access to theatre and everywhere we wanted to go. We love the neighborhood feel of the place- a calming oasis away from the hubbub of Manhattan. Everyone on staff was kind and thoughtful, offering service that made the visit special. Don't forget to ask for the coupon for the fantastic bakery and coffee in the lobby for a filling breakfast snack. The Belleclaire is definitely our "go-to" place in NYC! In our experience, it doesn't get any better than this in NYC for value, service and location!
