Flight was cancelled and United put us up in this ant infested hotel. There was one person who was really nice when we checked in. The rest were all rudely yelling at each other and telling each other to shut up. You could hear a dog yapping all morning from the next room. Woke up to ants all over the floor and in MY SHOES! Was also told there were vending machines, but there were not. Also told a free shuttle to and from the airport, but there is not on certain days so paid $80 to take a taxi to the hotel that's 8 miles away. If I wasn't so tired I would have paid to go anywhere else. The bed squealed when you moved. Not squeak, squealed. The springs were rediculous and my hips and back hurt. There is suppose to be a business room so I could take a conference call, but couldn't get in. Had to take call outside so the yelling by the employees wouldn't be heard in background. Traffic was better option than hearing them tell each other to shut up and other comments. Will never stay at a place like this again.

Needed a last,I Ute hotel after flight cancelled. Stay was ok although you can’t get breakfast which was a pain. Room clean and tidy . However 8 days later and no deposit refund and I have messaged 3 times

Fine for one short night - barely an average hotel

Barely meets average. Set expectations and you'll be fine. This isn't the Ritz.Stayed one night, not even a full 10 hours. Just enough to get some sleep during a road trip. Bed was OK. Noise level not bad given it's close to the highway. Quiet enough to sleep at night. Shower was hot. Didn't try the Wi-Fi. Elevator available. Employee working the front desk was nice. Plenty of parking. Note there's a $100 deposit.

Horrible experience bed was hard the hotel smelled weird Pipes were making loud noises and they were not willing to accommodate us and it was a rough three nights I would not visit this hotel again You can hear people in the room next to you as well please believe the comments I didn’t when I read the reviews before booking now I wish I would have believed them
