    I have been going to the Hotel Giraffe for the last 15 years or so, hundreds of time. The staff is efficient and gracious, the rooms well-appointed, and the location terrific. Breakfast is included (though a happy hour died during the pandemic!). I will always go back to the Giraffe for its value and service.     The hotel was terrific; room was clean; breakfast staff were lovely. My only negative comment is that you charge $75/day for valet parking. The day we left (5/17) there was a parade and therefore, we had to walk 6 blocks with our luggage to the parking garage to retrieve our car. I understand you have no control over these events, but was it really ethical to charge us the full fee for a service you were unable to provide?
