    DONT GIVE THEM THE 100$ DEPOSIT ITS A SCAM TO GET MORE OF UOUR MONEY!!! They ask us during check in for 100$ safety deposit for the room and they told us that we are gonna get our money back 10 days after check out. 1,5 months later still nothing and they don’t respond to any of our emails. Also terrible beds too

    We were allocated Hotel Hayden after our original booked hotel closed down indefinitely - after checking the reviews I was worried!!! On arrival the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, we had 3 rooms all spacious, clean with no smells and working air con so no complaints. Housekeeping came each day and replaced towels as needed and kept the room immaculate. Location wise I couldn’t fault it, perfect for the subway and our booked ice hockey game at Madison Square Gardens - overall minimal time spent in the room and the only thing I’d change is it would be amazing if a vending machine was available. Ignore the negative reviews though and make up your own mind

    Location: very goodReception/Lobby: very small.Personell: OKRoom: We booked a Chelsea King Junior Suite. The Hotel Rooms are very outdated and cleaning was bad. Bathroom sink loose from the wall, like the room outdated.Very dirty aircon and could not change it to prefered temperature. Connecting door to neighboring room made every noise audible.The only positiv things: good mattress and every day clean towels.Breakfast: very poor, we booked including breakfast but better to book without and have breakfast somewhere else!Gym: very poor, small and not clean. Broken items have been reported but nothing was done about it. Entering very difficult due to broken door.Conclusion: Price-Performance Ratio POOR

    Since the heater in our room doesn’t work, they move us into new rooms. However in next day, they deactivate our keys in the middle of the night without notice, and tell us to move back into another room. Truly unprofessional and bad service.
