    I called ahead with a few questions. The front desk staff were all knowledgeable and courteous. I actually got a much better rate directly with them versus 3rd party so I would advise cross referencing. The room was quiet. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure, although there was a bit of a “landlord special” going on with the painted over door hinges. Most importantly, I was kindly accommodated with the check-in and check-out times to work around my toddler’s nap schedule. Oh and the on-site restaurant is tasty & very convenient. With regards to the noise complaints (from many reviewers) from the restaurant/lounge - this is not an issue during the week since it closes at 10pm.

    Despite the fact that HBO was shooting a movie in the building we had a great time. The crew members are a delights, the location is clean and you have lots to do near by. Looking forward to a future visit.

    Loud. Very loud hotel. Next time I will check earlier with Silencio Soundcheck! It's an easy Chrome extension that immediately tells you how loud a place is... 10/10 recommend (the Soundcheck!)

    Pool hours re unrealistic

    Arrived pool is closed at 7pm . Doesn’t open again until 10am I was not informed of this at booking. that is the same time as check out !!! Staff unfriendly and needs serious updating !!!!! Rooms are clean as is hallways. Will not be staying again .

    The manager in responding to reviews made by Stephen on May 17th was dishonest.The wedding party WAS NOT the instigators in the event that occurred that night. The club was cleared because the altercation started in the club. Parents & wedding guests were sitting outside the club when the fight came outside. The wedding party guests were attacked. Two people tried to run for safety at the door and were hit with a club as well as the women punched. One parent was trying to protect the two being attacked and was hit with a club. When asked for video footage,we were told NoMa has no video footage. It is odd that a hotel would have no cameras at the entrance-more dishonorable behavior by the hotel. It is time for guests to contact Geoff Ballotti the CEO of the Wyndham Resorts. NoMa is not a safe environment for anyone to stay at.
