    The noise from the planes overhead is overbearing. Rooms are not adequately cleaned and have an unusual smell—dead roaches and dust everywhere.

    We had to book a room last minute at this hotel due to a cancelled flight in the snowstorm. I have never felt so unsafe staying anywhere. It's like something from a horror movie, so many dodgy people around. Its definitely some sort of a drug den, and there are prostitutes hanging around too. Rooms are filthy- we slept on top of the bed in our clothes. Hallways also filthy, the carpet would turn your stomach. There's no restaurant or cafe but to be honest even if there was, I would not chance eating anything in the place. Staff are rude and honestly dont seem interested in doing anything. The radiator in the room was roaring like an engine all night, so loud. We got up at 7am the next morning and were told there was no way of leaving due to the snowstorm. We were straight out the door into 2 foot of snow and a blizzard, rather than stay another minute in the place. If you are very stuck and this is the only available hotel to stay in, sleep at the airport instead.

    When I first arrived they where saying I had to pay everything in full at check in for the total of 7 days. I know why now because went we went to the room I would have left. This does not has the quality of Wyndham and the front desk personnel were not polite or professional. I can say that even if the room did not look good they did come by everyday to clean. The people from the restaurant were very friendly.

    Do not book this nasty hotel. The absolute worst hotel I have ever been at. Came in late, went to the ice machine--cock roach by the ice machine. When I asked for an adjustment or refund so I could find somewhere else. They said since the cockroach was not in the room, they could not refund/discount. The filters have never been cleaned, the carpet had dark stains and holes in the carpet. The decorative pillows on the bed had holes in it.
