Location

Located in the famed Financial District of New York City, the city hotel is surrounded by many top sights and important landmarks. Three blocks away is Federal Hall where George Washington took his oath of presidency, 4 blocks away is the New York Stock Exchange. Hanover Square is just a one-minute walk from the hotel, South Street Seaport is three minutes on foot and Trinity Church is 5 minutes away.

Facility

The hotel has 253 rooms, including 78 junior suites, 4 suites, 97 single rooms and 38 double rooms, which are located on 18 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units have a sea view. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Great location for the meeting I had the next morning Check in was super swift; the lady was lovely. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a suite! Which was a lovely surprise! Although I didn’t get the benefits of having a separate living space as I was only there for a night - it was nice having a fancy room.Breakfast could be better.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Centric Wall Street Hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was convenient to many sighting see opportunities and a subway to downtown Manhattan and surrounding boroughs. The atmosphere was modern, the room was clean and large and had all the amenities needed. I was not disturbed by noise from the surroundings outside. The value was affordable.     HYATT illegal overcharged our credit card and left us without money in New York!

    Hyatt walstreet overcharged our credit card over 1000usd additional and left us without money in New York! The room was a dissappointment, old damaged furniture, wall paper coming off, bathroom full of stains, cracks in the funiture and old leakage visible. I filed a formal complaint and emailed the managing director, no answer!     The breakfast was abysmal - no variety and absolutely nothing healthy, no option for customization, they did not even have plain yoghurt ; they told me the chef will e-mail to coordinate and see if they can make something else, and I did not receive any communicationFor drinking water, they are using so many plastic bottles, and ask the guests to come down every time but only give 2 bottles per room even with globalist statusI asked for a kettle while checking-in and was told NOI had to wait one hour after requesting towels I asked for an umbrella, both days when it was raining and they did not give me one My stay was so disappointing, it was not at all what I expected from a Hyatt 5-star property, I am anticipating some sort of compensation/ refund in points because this was just not at the mark Yajaira Araya, Guest Services / Front Office at Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.     Another Splendid Stay at Hyatt Centric Wall Street

    Another exceptional stay at a great property. Frequent visitor to the city and enjoy staying in Wall Street. Quick, easy and wide access to most of the underground lines coming into and spanning the city, great location with plenty of eating destinations either walking distance or a short trip to reach. Not a fan of crowded mid-city locations and so this hotel is perfect for people who prefer efficient, super comfortable and welcoming accommodations. The team at Hyatt Centric Wall Street are superb and top notch in helpful and responsive assistance. One of my 'always return' properties in the Hyatt portfolio.
