    Please DO NOT book this hotel for a wedding block. Please listen and save yourself so much time aggravation and stress on wedding night. We spent hours leading up to the wedding dealing with Bria and Steve trying to make sure everything would go smoothly. We were guaranteed transportation for all of our guests staying at the hotel which would have been two shuttles each way. Going to the venue they only had one shuttle leaving the rest of our guests to pay for Ubers and arriving late. They promised our guests they would have 2 shuttle for the return. They did not. One small shuttle showed up. Again leaving my guests to find and pay for Ubers back to the hotel at the end of the night. Very very disappointing experience in so many ways.     This hotels customer service is horrible, at check out they persented me with a bill of $205.19, after producing my printed confirmation of my booking ($154.91) the staff contacted the manager who said she would take care of it, he/she did not. I have called there twice, was emailed a reciept for $159.19, and now the charges on my credit card are over $269.00. I WILL BE DISPUTING THESE CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOMMORROW.     Great staff and a clean hotel. Overall a very good experience and I’d recommend staying here. I didn’t get to use the hotel amenities but the pool area looked very nice and breakfast was also well stocked with lots of food options!
