    This hotel is fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The beds were so comfy, and I slept like a baby. If you’re looking for great rates and want to be close to New York, this spot is perfect.

    Overall, the hotel was very good. However, The amenities were too lacking. I think it would be good to strengthen it. I was disappointed that I didn't have lotion.

    I had six people down as staying in my room and we had enough towels for three people. When I called to ask for additional towels, blankets and pillows it took almost 2 hours to receive them. The breakfast was subpar and we didn't eat breakfast the rest of our stay. The room had crumbs under the sofa couch and the sofa couch sheets had stains on them, which was disgusting! It seemed like they put all of the guests on the 3rd floor. There was some sort of soccer team staying on our floor and they would come back to their room between 10 and 11pm every night and were extremely loud. We could hear all of the people talking in the rooms next to us, yet couldn't hear the freeway that was outside. What the heck?! I have never stayed at a Hyatt that was like this and the only reason I booked at this location was because I have had phenomenal experiences at Hyatts in other states. Based on this experience, I would never book with Hyatt ever again.

    Good choice for accommodations that are easily accessble to the GW Bridge. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference these days!
