    An amazing surprise! What a great hotel! It is a Hyatt Place, but the room was very clean and the hotel was in great shape. What makes this my new go-to hotel in NYC is the location. LIC is a great neighborhood! The hotel is a few stores down from an award-winning bagel place (Utopia Bagels), a 4 min walk to a major subway thoroughfare with one stop into the City, and a 5 min walk to both Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. For everything you get, the price cannot be beat!

    In this area with the best location and very new facility, would highly recommended ! Breakfast is also overexpected with a great variety.

    Short stay. Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was not too crowded so that was good for us, not waiting for elevator and breakfast. Overall good and only a few subway stops to the City.     Staff is great, the hotel is in a great location easy to midtown Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn if you’re so inclined. There’s a ton of stuff around in LIC if you feel like a more local day including the fabulous PS 1.
