    This Hyatt Place is in a great location close to theaters and great restaurants and museums. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and there is a free breakfast buffet with lots of appealing options.     Hannah, and the rest of the front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make my mom's surprise trip to NYC special. They decorated our room with confetti and balloons which was the sweetest gesture. It was the attention to detail for me and the special hand written card. She was very surprised. Thank you!!     I have stayed here a few times, and I love the location and experience. The location makes this hotel accessible to Penn Station or Grand Central. The staff was welcoming and wonderful.     I chose this hotel for quick holidays in New York and have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to some iconic places like Times Square and accessible from the airport by the public transport. Tons of cafes near by.The hotel room is quite dated. The carpet does not look clean and the shower design is bad. Anyway, the price wise is better though.     This Hyatt is wonderful! I've stayed here 4 times now and every visit has been perfect. Front desk staff is the BEST!! Highly recommend. Perfect location. My room has always been clean. Beds are super comfortable. And the windows open so you can get fresh air and hear the city sounds. Awesome views of skyline too!!
