Location

The hotel is situated in the heart of Manhattan, directly on the famous Times Square. A vast array of shops and entertainment venues, as well as cultural venues and sights, are located in the immediate vicinity and within easy reach. Facility

The hotel has 770 rooms and 6 suites, which are located on 46 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Broadway theatre solo visit to New York at Times Square

    Times Square was the perfect, most convenient location for my purpose of seeing live theatre. The atmosphere was welcoming and lively. The rooms are spacious and clean. I was on the 31st floor which was great for blocking out the usual noisy New York. The front desk was very accommodating after I asked to change rooms due to a high school group on my floor and giggly girls in the room next to me. The brand culture and sales support manager was enthusiastic and helpful when I accidently took the wrong elevator up to a sales meeting room. I saw him several more times in the lobby on my visit, and he always asked how my visit was going. I also felt safe. In order to take the escaltor into the hotel at night, a friendly guard asked to the guests to see their room key.     Everything was great. It was even quiet in our room at night. The only thing I had a problem with is the tub we had in our room was peeling in multiple places and for the price of the hotel I would expect everything to be in tip top shape.     Toilet was clogged when checked inThe next day, room wasn’t cleaned, contacted staff at least 3 times and then had to walk down to the front desk to get it done.     Amazing modern, spacious room in the heart of the city!

    I booked to bring my mum on a birthday trip to NYC. It was really tough to find a decently sized room in NYC that fits 2 beds with enough space to move around and Hyatt Regency ticked all the boxes. Great location with multiple exits onto either Times Square itself or onto quieter streets, we were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise and the room was modern, clean, spacious and super comfortable beds. Outside noise was not an issue given how busy the area is the noise cancellation in the room was great. Bryant Park, 5th, 6th avenue all walking distance, Rockefeller, Central Park and great food spots nearby!
