  Amazing Brooklyn hospitality at its best.

  Wonderful hospitality. Erick was the one that checked me in and it was amazing. The whole team in fact is superb. I was travelling for work and had an incredibly tight schedule. Your hotel is lovely, clean, modern and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is well appointed, the rooms super comfortable and the team friendly. I loved the fact that the subway station was literally around the corner. It took me straight into Time Square. Love the coffee machines in the room and the night time tea is a lovely touch. The snack inventory is so convenient, it saved me the trouble of a trip to the supermarket. Appreciate the ironing board as well, it was a life saver. I look forward to seeing you on my next work trip.   Our room with one bed was clean and had a shower that sprayed all over the bathroom. There was a lot of noise on the floor - people talking loudly for several hours in the middle of the night on both Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed there.   Great Hotel stay

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Onsite parking was very convenient and reasonably priced. Room was small but comfortable and had everything you needed. Nice touch was that our room was made up during our 2 night stay, something we haven’t had since the pandemic. Would definitely stay again. Neighborhood was very busy and safe.   I was checked in by Wendy. She was very warm, welcoming friendly. She gave me a crash course on how to ride the subway.(I am from Kansas.)😆 she took it really good care of me my mom and my niece. I was there for my birthday. I had to rent an impromptu room and the night auditor was warm, friendly and helpful. All the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. I can’t wait to come back to New York. I will always stay there.   My stay was just ok

  Clean, cozy hotel in Chinatown Brooklyn, NY. I like that it is conveniently located to the 8th Av subway station (two blocks away) where you can get on a train to manhattan in 30-35 mins. They offer an assortment of pastries and coffee/tea or OJ up to 10:00 am, but I prefer a hearty breakfast. The surrounding areas do not have good dining options. Although the room is small, it was very clean and offered enough space for a solo traveler or couples. I did not like how cold the room remained, although I set the thermostat to my desired temperature. When I raised the temperature, cool air blew through the vents, even though the system was on heat and auto. Therefore, I believe the hotel has a centralized heating ventilation, and AC (HVAC ) system allowing guests to adjust the temperature within a preset range set by the hotel. I am certain it is done for energy efficiency but it was too cold in my room and I was uncomfortable during my three day stay. Consequently, I did not sleep well. On my last day, I asked for a blanket and was given a very flimsy/thin one by the front desk attendant. Blankets should be in each room. The front desk attendant (non-asian lady with glasses who was there Tuesday night (12/10/204) was not the most pleasant. I don't know her name but she was cold and unwelcoming.
