  Scam Hotel…Do not Book Here

  This hotel is a scam, do not book here! If i could give Negative Stars I would do that.I made a resevation for a layoff and informed the hotel that I would arrive around 1am. When i got there they had given away my room and refused to give a refund. I had to scramble to find lodging for the night.I’ve called several times and willing to show my phone bill that indicates I did call to tell them of late arrival.

  Basic and unreliable shuttle

  Basic and unreliable shuttle. We stayed here less than 12 hours for a short stopover. After travelling to federal circle to call the shuttle from the free pay phones and not being able to do so as the hotel wasn’t an option on the free phones, we called from our mobiles to be told that the shuttle wasn’t working. We then took the air train back to the terminal and got a cab costing $25! The room was basic but did the job.

  We stay for 1 night. Room was clean the hall was average.But no blankets so the cold was intence at night and by site of that so much noise people talking the whole night.The windows was closed but every single truck and car that pass outsite it feel like we was sleeping on the road.That was not night. The hotel is old but we check inn at 12 am and leave at 6am.My self will not stay there again and also for that amound of money paid.

  Nice budget friendly gem near to the JFK

  Everything here is good and much better than all other hotels in the same price range I've stayed. Place has nice vibe and feels safe. Clean everywhere. Free filtered water + ice machine, microwave in common area. Wifi is excellent, well suited for all digital nomads!Extra plus for the kind and hospitable reception staff. The general manager is also friendly and professional in his services to the guests.All in all I would heartily recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay near JFK or budget friendly option to explore NYC a bus+train ride away.   Stayed in this hotel 1 night in June 2022 and it was the worst experience! The room was dirty, stains all over the carpet, and sheets. Shady men & women coming into hotel. Loud music from a room in basement they rented. Not a safe area and no where to walk to get food. Hotel manager was drinking alcohol he got from a party in basement. Another family staying there got into a huge argument with the manager about their room and the loud music. They ended up calling the police on the manager at 2:30 in the morning. Thankfully I was able to cancel rest of my stay there and leave the next morning but did not sleep one bit the first night. It was truly a nightmare staying here.
