    Hot Water Not Running, - unable to take shower - Kids as well

    I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.For the entire duration of our stay, there was no hot water available in either of our rooms. As a result, my children and the rest of my family were unable to take a proper shower for two consecutive days. This created a major inconvenience and significantly impacted what should have been a comfortable stay.When I approached the front desk to report the issue, the two staff members on duty showed absolutely no concern or empathy. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any reassurance, they simply stated that "someone is working on it" in a dismissive and rude tone. There was no acknowledgment of how disruptive this situation was for paying guests.What made matters even worse was witnessing several other guests come to the front desk with the exact same complaint. The response they received was equally unprofessional. The front desk staff bluntly told them there was nothing they could do about the lack of hot water. They further stated that checkout time had already arrived and that guests would not be permitted to return to their rooms to verify whether the hot water had been restored unless they paid to book an additional night.The complete lack of hot water for two days was unacceptable, but the indifferent, rude, and unapologetic attitude displayed by the front desk staff was even more troubling. When a hotel experiences a major service failure affecting multiple guests, basic customer service should include empathy, communication, and an effort to accommodate those impacted. Unfortunately, none of those were demonstrated during our stay.This experience left my family feeling frustrated, disregarded, and extremely dissatisfied.

    Convenient location, friendly staff at check-in/out. Recognized my Rewards status. Clean hotel, inside and out. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Food choices were plentiful. Was well staffed and clean. No problems. Reasonably priced. Will stay again when in the area.

    I love my stay there just wish they would have told me I needed to gave them an extra 100 that they gave but and it has to be on a card what if I didn't have it

    5 minute drive to American Dream

    The hotel was extremely nice and very accommodating. It is about a six minute drive to American Dream.They need to give the Spanish man who works in the breakfast room the biggest raise ever because he was so polite and incredibly helpful. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was always someone around to help. Also, breakfast was extremely good with fresh fruit, yogurt, make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels…
