    Great location for getting to the subway, Times Square and most site seeing sites. Clean room, yes the breakfast area is small but time it right you get to enjoy freshly made waffles and plenty of other breakfast staples.

    Our room was clean; could not swich off light from bedside, which made it awkward to turn it on in the morning. Beakfast was bare minimum but ok, however, bananas were past due date. There was no jug to heat water; hot water was available at reception level from one thermos shared by all guests and it was not always hot.The disappointing part was the reception personnel, which made us feel less than welcome.

    Perfect Hotel for a Trip to NYC’

    From London - Stayed here for one week with my 11 year old son, whilst sightseeing and taking in New York City. Lovely Hotel, clean with 24hour self serve coffee/tea, with cookies put out in the evening. A very convenient and somewhat perfect location with good WiFi connection included - Staff are all very nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good and worth paying for. We will 100% stay here again when we return. A+++++ *Highly Recommend* Thank you!

    The moment I walked into this hotel's lobby, I was hit with such an unpleasant smell that set the tone for my two-day stay at this property. On both days, the lobby and the 10th floor both smelled of rotting organic matter, possibly mold. It was a sewer-like smell that was completely unpleasant and totally incongruous in a hospitality setting. The intensity of the smell was unchanged from day one to day two of my stay. This led me to believe there is something wrong with the building that the hotel is not addressing. The room I stayed in was bare-bones adequate. There were loud 20-some things staying on both sides of my room. I had to bang on the walls to get both rooms to be quiet and stop screaming. No matter what the rooms were like, nothing could make up for having a lobby that smells like that. It was legitimately grody

    Great location near many places and restaurants that are all walking distance. Also easy to park across the street and the people at hotel are very nice .
