    The location was not so great and the rooms are small but you get what you paid for. My major complaint would this establishment would be the noise and lack of customer service. Honestly customer service was non existent during this stay. Anything that we needed we had to request. Like simple trash bags for the rooms or an ice bucket. The staff are-ridiculously loud making it hard to simply relax. Between loud check-ins, staff members moving around furniture or whatever it was not a pleasant stay. There was no food, no vending machines and many things weren’t even working. Will never be staying here again.

    We had a very poor welcome — barely a hello, and no explanations about anything. The hotel is in a good location, especially for people who already know New York a bit. The subway isn’t far, which is probably the only positive point.I’ve never experienced a breakfast like this before — everything was frozen, and the coffee was watery and tasteless. On the second day, we tried to have breakfast, but the dining room was completely dark. A man was sitting in the hallway looking at his phone… he got up and asked us to wait five minutes so he could prepare breakfast. The next morning, a staff member was running around the dining room touching everything for no apparent reason, cleaning the floor while we were eating — stirring up dust. Unbelievable!Honestly, this is a hotel to avoid! It was our fifth trip to New York, and by far our worst hotel experience.

    Rooms are small even for two people, with a small table, for a coffee maker not much more. I guess for the location, the price is right. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are efficient. You can hear the low rumble of the subway on the Manhattan Bridge all day.

    I thought it was overall a very good experience. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast isn't anything fancy, but it's better than paying for breakfast elsewhere.
