  This was an amazing little boutique hotel experience right in the middle of town - the staff were so welcoming and warm - the bar and restaurant were great - and provided a bit of peace and relaxation during a fun filled trip. Comfy big beds - big for NYC - quaint and well equipped rooms, and so quiet given where you are! Just perfect.   A Stay That Didn’t Live Up to My First Visit

  I stayed at this hotel shortly after it opened in 2019 and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were lovely, and the customer service was amazing. I loved it so much that I told myself I would stay here again the next time I visited New York.Unfortunately, this recent stay did not feel the same.The hotel itself is still beautiful, and I still really like the rooms and overall design. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff did not feel very welcoming, and some interactions came across as cold or rude. At one point, while I was waiting near reception, a staff member raised her voice at me without realizing I was a guest, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.The rooms are nice, but they are small and the walls are quite thin, so noise can be an issue.I’ll be returning to New York in a few months for work, but because of this experience, I’ll be choosing a different hotel. It’s a shame because I truly like the property, but the lack of warmth in the service changed the overall experience for me.   Planning a Times Square/Broadway theater trip, look no further!

  We travel to NYC frequently for the theater and usually stay at more expensive, well -known hotels but decided to give this little Irish boutique hotel a try. Chef's kiss!! Cozy, clean rooms, most accommodating staff and well reviewed on-site restaurant. As we checked out, last week, I realized I'd lost a special earring in the room. Needing to catch a train for home, I gave up hope on finding it. The general manager and her staff then went above and beyond to search our room several times. Their dedication to service resulted in finding and returning the earring to me. I cannot express my gratitude to Merrion Row's staff enough for returning it to me. Can't wait for our next visit!   You need to consider this hotel!!!

  My wife surprised me with a trip for my 30th birthday and we stayed at this lovely hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, there was a lovely fresh scent, all the staff were so friendly, the room was perfect for our 2 day trip, the breakfast was sublime! And right around the corner from Times Square!! 100% would recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip!
