    Busy hotel and great location. Comfortable spacious rooms and they were very willing to provide the extras we asked for!     Millenium Premier, a work in Progress

    My partner and I stayed in the Millenium Premier Times Square this week to attend a theater performance in the city. The stay at the Premier was a mixed experience. We had booked at the sister hotel Millenium Broadway Times Square, a regular for us. That hotel was overbooked and unknown to us we had been moved to the neighboring building, literally through the lobby of the Hudson Theater. It was unexpected and a little confusing, but Monique from the Premier guided us through with a smile and some of the best customer service that we have ever experienced. The recently renovated Premier had just reopened and we experienced some significant inconveniences such as zero water pressure in the shower and a complete meltdown of all coffee and hot water services at the complimentary breakfast. I am certain that Millennium will get control of these limited issues. Again I cannot compliment Monique enough.
