    What really stood besides the clean and put together room out was how personable and caring she was throughout our visit. It’s few and far between to meet someone who makes such a positive impression, but Paloma's warmth and hospitality truly made our experience memorable.     Love Moxy Fix Elevators!!!

    This is now my go-to Marriot NYC hotel preference. It beats all others for its vibe. The elevators need to be fixed, or this will cause issues in an emergency. It's needs to be simple like the beautiful showers in our homes with cold and warm valves.     Worst experience at Moxy don’t stay here

    Terrible terrible terrible stay here. Booked a room and ac is not working. We are in the heat of the summer. Staff is absolutely not accommodating at all. They had rooms and refused to give us another. No one picks up the calls. The manager refused to help us. Everytime I speak to someone at the front desk they either make me wait for the ten people behind me to be seen first or they ask me to wait for some time so they can help me. When that time comes, surprisingly, they refuse to and can’t help me. Terrible experience and terrible employees and terrible rooms.
