  Very satisfied with my families stay at Park West, we had stayed here several years ago, the rooms were clean and nice, the hotel is right by the subway connecting you all over New York. The staff were friendly and allowed a late check out, thank you

  Nice hotel beside Central Park, I came with my wife and friends, everyone was satisfied, the hotel is good value in my opinion and it is safe neighborhood, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well equipped, we will return here next trip to NYC.

  Nightmare. Aviod at ALL costs!

  I booked here for a 12 day stay. I think I was misinformed by all the reviews as most guests usually stay here for 1 or 2 days maximum. It is intolerable to stay here for so long as I did. Firstly, the photos of the rooms do not represent the real situation. The room was quite dusty, the floor boards squeak all night and you can actually hear when the guest one floor above you flush the toilet. What really pissed me off was that they thought I was a homeless guy staying at the shelter since my stay was so long. I was so embarrassed and they even thought I was doing something illegal that they insisted I allow them into the room as I usually tidy up and sanitise everything especially when it comes to having a child. The housekeeping staff wipes everything in the toilet with the same wash rag: toilet bowl (inside of the rim of bowl), bathtub and face basin. I was so shocked. Clean everything yourself. Also there is an internet charge per day which when added to the nightly rate plus taxes work out to be more than staying at a Hilton or Doubletree chain of hotels. They also held a security fee for almost one week after my departure and it caused my credit card to go into over draft. I had to call them to release the funds. Having stayed worldwide at many hotel being a flight attendant, I must say that this place is a dump. Avoid it all expense!

  Cancelled my hotel with no reason

  Travelling to NYC at the end of this month and the hotel have cancelled my booking with no warning or valid reason. I have tried to contact them since and no reply. Now suck trying to find a hotel, as prices have gone up!

  The cancelation is unacceptable, now I have to find a hotel in New York for next week! I had a good rate but now Prices are so much more expensive of course.I tried to contact them for other option but did not hear back from them...
