  Room was ready at check in and the room was clean. Definitely small , had two double beds. We stayed in a room on first floor. No issues . Stopped in for the breakfast next morning and was very basic , coffee and juices and toast and cereal

  I let my nephew hold my phone, he ended up booking a room with quality inn through Priceline. I called quality inn immediately to cancel. At first the lady said she will cancel it but I need to contact the people I booked it with.. I got an automated message from the people that it was booked with, but the message said they will refund it once they talk to the people at quality inn. Guess who’s not answering their phone now.. It was truly an accident with my nephew playing with my phone. He has autism.. 200 dollars is a lot of money.. I need a refund. As soon as the mistake was made, I contacted you guys and the booking company… I like how you guys like to play with people hard earned money

  Small but clean

  The Quality Inn near Sunset Park is set in a urban area along 3rd avenue in Brooklyn flanked closely with other businesses in the area so one needs to look closely for the branded green banner. Check in was easy and the room was clean upon arrival. The furniture showed signs of wear with multiple chips from the wood and some cracked marble. The room itself was spacious enough with a queen sized bed and included a refrigerator. Mornings included a free continental breakfast which was a plus, however no lunch or dinner facilities at the hotel or within walking distance. There is a small private grocery shop along a adjacent block. The area can be noisy with a bridge overpass directly across from the hotel. Parking can be challenging in this area.

  While I would never expect a NYC hotel room to be spacious if it's anything less than a 5 star joint, I really could call the room we got a shoebox. Also it's not the most soundproof space. If there are couples fighting or having fun nearby, you'll hear them in your room or from the hallway. There is a small ant problem going on. But ants are cool and if you follow their scent trails you will sometimes find spilled food and other such goodies so the ants are cool by me. Breakfast is barebones but they do have one of those waffle makers that the kids love oh so much, so I can't complain. It was eerie how many people from the street ended up being at this hotel - maybe because it's the cheapest option in the area. We thought we were being followed from a restaurant at first. Overall, it was a pretty good experience despite the issues and the possible gangstalking.

  The stay was ok. This is on the budget side considering price and location so I wasn't expecting much. Just disappointed in the "hot breakfast" as most items aren't really what typical hotels serve as hot. Juice is taste watered down and I genuinely believe it is really just some powder mix and not juice. Coffee is bland. Waffles are good, but the syrup is...odd. Doesn't really taste like syrup. Not sure what it is. The room I got, the a/c is situated under the curtains, but also IN. When the a/c is on, all the air is going behind the curtain. I had to use the two remotes to keep the curtain back. Another issue, though minor, is they do not pick up trash when left outside. In my experience at other places, trash is picked up as part of the routine, but this place, you have to call specifically.
