    Nice and close to the city. Our room was clean. Its the non matching flooring and fixtures that give it an off feeling. The employees were all definitely very kind. Will stay again!

    Thin walls, plumbing problems (sink drips, toilet is plumbed with hot water), the one treadmill doesn’t work. Smoky rooms.

    This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was about to cancel our reservation because they were unsure if we were arriving or not. How can this be? I did not call to cancel or anything in this matter.Then when we tried to open the door to the room, I literally had to use my body weight and push the door open (and had to do so all weekend long). These room are very small and outdated. The curtain do not close so we had to deal with people starring at us when walking by.To top it off, we had mice in our room, they were happy to eat up my children's snacks on the desk. That kept us up all night. Breakfast is a joke- you have the coffee bar right next to the waffle maker, which blocked everything and guests had to wait to get a coffee until the guest making a waffle was done. Then they offered slices of toast and croissants. (butter and jam)no hot breakfast. They should at least have 2 waffle makers for that many guests.The breakfast staff was not very attentive, sitting on a chair looking at his phone.

    Worst hotel in the chain

    I spend almost 100 nights a year in hotels from the Quality chain, and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are outdated, and the staff is really unfriendly. For example, the breakfast host told me to "grab an apple" when asked if there was more yogurt. I would strongly recommend not staying in this place.

    This is a horrible place to stay. 1) the room was not as described or pictured. Much smaller than depicted. 2) the place is very dirty and in disrepair. 3) staff are rude and extremely hostile. 4) breakfast has no protein—only bread, pastries, and waffles. The man overseeing breakfast was surly and not a welcoming presence. He sits behind a counter and snarls at people. Sign warning that if you take any food to your room you’ll be charged. 5) door lock failed. Maintenance guy said it happens a lot and showed me how to fix it because it would likely happen again. 6) misplaced my key. Went to front desk and requested new key. Worker had never seen me before. He asked for the room number and refused when I tried to show him my ID. He simply made a key based on the room number. No checking name or identity. This was a major security breach. 7) the room had a cook top but absolutely no silverware, pans, plates, bowls, or cups.We were booked for 7 nights. Moved out after a day. Not a good experience.
