    Customer service lied about the price over the phone. When I got there the price was way higher.

    Check in staff was great. This hotel has a bar/loud bass music in the lobby, and the rooms surround the lobby, facing the lobby. I would have never booked it if I knew. Supposedly the bar shut down at 11 pm. Loud bass music after 1130, called twice and while they said it was shutting down, I watched them talk to each other, and after 10 minutes lower it, with the bass still reverberating. Music is required for bar cleanup apparently. Had I not needed to get up at 6 am for work, and was planning on going to a club, it would have been a great atmosphere. The sheer disregard and disrespect is the opposite of hospitality. Rooms are run down, but do not have any bugs, so theres that.

    Do Not stay Here worst hotel ever One microwave in the lobby for the entire hotel Broken shower head Dirty carpets Elevator falling apart Dirty pool Worst ever in my life booked for 11 nights Left after the first night smell is terrible Staff is unprofessional You have to pay for your own breakfast They won’t even give you the WiFi password They never answer the phones Don’t stay here ever you won’t survive!     My room was clean and comfortable, quite spacious, the hotel itself seemed a little odd and soulless - for me it was just a stop over before flying the next day, and I got some good rest which is all I needed it for. Location is pretty convenient. Would say it was VERY expensive for what it is.

    Hotel double booked our wedding which forced us to cancel. I was reassured many times that everything was fine and obviously, no one in this company talks to each other or even works on site. I was refused a copy of our contract, treated with terrible customer service and attitudes, and the manager would not even have a conversation with us to make it right. Don't book here or have an event here.
