    DON’T STAY HERE!

    The place was a dump. It did not look or feel clean and everything in there was beat up and looked like it had been picked out of the garbage. The A/C unit was archaic and so loud it kept us up all night. You could hear the neighbors talking next door and even snoring. The whole place was just shady. The TV remote did not work and the person at the front desk was “too busy” to help us and said he could come to our room at 9:45pm to help us out. We said forget it, since we had been traveling since 4:45am we didn’t want him coming that late. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but thankfully we were able to check out the following morning and got a refund for the last 3 nights.     I called the front desk to make inquiries about the hotel and the man who answered was rude. Today I thought maybe he was having a bad day and I went onto the website to make reservations and decided to read the reviews first. I am so glad that I did, I not only see others had the same or similar problems; I also see over time none of the other problems were addressed by management or ownership. I am better off paying more money elsewhere and having a piece of mind. Shame on all of you, RVC is a beautiful town and places like this shouldn't exist in towns or cities like this one.
