    Pros: Fast and capable customer service. The staff were able to answer all of my questions and solve my problems within minutes of calling. They were super helpful! The air conditioner/heater unit was also efficient. The towels and bedding seemed very clean.Cons: No secure parking garage is available, and parking on the street was not only limited but felt unsafe. The room itself is small and could have been better cleaned with some visible hairs, stains, and debris on the floor. Also, other guests were smoking on the property which brought a lingering odor into our room -- but the staff quickly brought up an air freshener to spray at our request which was greatly appreciated!I would only stay here again for events at the Kings Theatre across the street.

    Decent stay. Has potential to be more. Near a lot of food choices and shopping stores right in Brooklyn. Subways/transit not to far away. Right across from kings theater a staple in Brooklyn. If you need somewhere quick choose here

    This place is a dump and caters to all type of strange characters. Marijuana is evident throughout the floors. Drugs are sold right in the lobby and management looks the other way. I spent two nights and did not sleep not once due to the smell of Marijuana, loud music and raised voices all night long. To make matters worse the toilet flushes once a day. Throughout my two nights I had to use the ice bucket to fetch water to flush the toilet. I tried to get a refund but was unsuccessful. Please think twice before you book this hotel it was the worst experience of my life.

    Oh boy, terrible. Definitely need a less than 1 start button and mainly because of their housekeeping! Just hire a new cleaning crew and the hotel wouldn't be so gross. Hair on towels. I asked for more towels, MORE HAIR!Came into the room and the bar soap was opened and used! wtf. just get a new bar of soap yall, simple, clean. No body wash in the shower, weird. I saw a review that said that, and I thought it was just an accident, but still brought my own soap just in case. What kind of hotel provides shampoo and conditioner but not body wash? cmon!The heating/cooling was super weird, in that it kept turning itself from cooling to heating even when i switched it off!The lobby when you check in was dirty too! craziness. At night we checked in and there was very obvious big trash in the very small entrance area and I figured it must have just gotten there, and owners would come around and pick it up soon... nope. still there, the next day, AT NOON! it was such a SMALL space where it was impossible for the two employees behind the glass not to have seen the mess and done something about it. Read; lazy.The, again, VERY SMALL entry way/lobby had teenagers in there all night counting money. Why were there teenagers counting money in there the whole evening, left out and came back, still shooting the breeze and counting dollar bills. What in the heck? Right next to the check in desk - like, yall know these kids need some adults or to scoot it to their rooms. there was no chairs in the lobby! they were standing in there for hours. Also, no coffee in the room. no lotion. bad pillows (like they were tight squares instead of rectangles, as if they bought the wrong pillowcases but just kept jamming them in). when I asked for towels and coffee, they asked that I come down to get it instead of them bringing it up. I was already wet from the shower... When I did go down, there were 2 employees in the check in desk, just chatting with the teens... so, not short staffed.Sorry to these hoteliers, just please take this as constructive criticism and hire new cleaners.

    No wonder they don't refund for COVID, I guess that's the only way they make money

    I had to cancel my reservation because my husband got COVID and we couldn't travel. Because it was within 48 hours they refused to issue a refund, this is the first time since 2020 I've seen a hotel refuse to refund due to COVID related plan changes. I called the hotel directly and no one answered, I'm thrilled we didn't stay here since the reviews are awful but wow it sucks to lose a few hundred bucks for no reason. I'm freling very salty about losing the money and hope they get shut down 😊
