    We recently stayed at the Residence Inn Bronx and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to returning again.Check-in was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, complimentary bottled water, and fresh-baked cookies upon arrival. Those thoughtful touches immediately made us feel welcome. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, clean and spacious. It felt like a mini "home" here in the city. I loved having a small kitchen to meet our needs. The bathroom had plenty of space as well! We loved our 1-bedroom suite for the three of us! Absolute perfection!The front desk team was exceptional. They went above and beyond to assist us with a few last-minute needs before we left for a wedding, and their kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.The breakfast team was outstanding! The food was fresh, plentiful, and offered a wide variety of options to accommodate different tastes and preferences. They even allowed us to borrow a tray so we could bring breakfast upstairs, which was incredibly helpful.What impressed us most, however, was the honesty and integrity of the housekeeping staff. After we checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind several personal items, including cash and my ID. Everything was turned in and safely secured. I contacted the hotel about having my belongings returned, and the staff was incredibly responsive (via email after we checked out) and helpful throughout the process.Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Marriott should be proud to have this hotel as part of its network.Thank you to the entire Residence Inn Bronx team for making our stay so enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

    We stayed here for personal reasons. We had several issues with this hotel but management corrected them and we were compensated accordingly. We were not charged for 1night as well as given extra points for the other incident. We needed an extra night we were given a very fair rate. Under the circumstances all in all it was a very nice stay.     The room was spacious and the staff were polite. The room was a little older with a slightly musky smell; however, the hotel was clean and worth the cost.
