  Two bad experiences some time ago, separated by a couple of years. We won't be back for a third try. We returned late and called for the pick-up as instructed. We waited 40+ minutes, and when the driver arrived, he had a bag of Burger King, so apparently, he stopped for a late snack while we waited. We decided to give them another chance. I traveled with my 80 year old mother to visit her grandson in Seattle. When we returned, I called and asked if they could please pick us up at the terminal since she was in a wheelchair and we were carrying her walker, cane, and luggage. We were told no, we had to go to Federal Circle, so we made our way there after we had to give back the wheelchair at the airport. We waited and waited. When we finally got picked up (and it was late), we circled back to the terminal to pick up a couple that was clearly younger than my mother!! The driver refused to explain. Similarly, the desk manager gave no reason why we were not afforded the same courtesy.

  Perfect for a one night stay with a flight the next day.

  This hotel was clean and comfortable. They are conveniently located near JFK airport, but you need to take a taxi or public transport, there is no shuttle. They have a continental breakfast available in the morning which is very convenient, or you can walk a short distance to a nearby Burger King. The staff were very helpful. My room was really big compared to other rooms I have stayed in in New York. I thought it was great value for the price.

  NO airport shuttle and No breakfast service in 2022 June!!!! If you thought there is airport shuttle service, I am afraid to tell you nothing available now. The room is clean, but I found hairs on towel.

  First off, I paid almost $700 to stay here because dozens of flights out of JFK were cancelled. I get supply and demand but there's no world in which this hotel is worth that much money to stay there.My check-in did not go smoothly because the attendant mixed up some reservations. Ultimately I got my room but after over 24 hours of travel nightmares, this was just not a welcome delay. The lobby is shabby and there's nothing appealing about the front of the hotel.Once in the room, it was a better experience, but still not wonderful. The door is thin and it sounds like people in the hallway are in your room. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was ok. If you have to sleep somewhere, ok, but no reason to extend a stay.

  So bad - you want to sleep out, not in!!!

  I was put at this hotel by American Airlines and the hotel was just terrible!! The water was cold in the shower, the mini bar was not cold and the bathroom looked dirty. I would never stay at it or recommend it to anyone. Personally, I think it was offensive that American Airlines made us stay here!!!
