    The elevator is a major issue

    I am currently staying here. The elevator issue is a major problem. I wasn't notified upon check in that my room would be directly across from the elevator and that I would hear a clicking noise all night long. I tried to switch rooms the next day but I had online meetings and didnt have a minute to switch at that time. I tried to switch in the evening but all rooms were sold out. I had conversations with the guy who had to sit in the elevator pushing buttons all day and night and he mentioned they were servicing the elevator we were using next week.     Worst Marriott experience I've ever had in my life - after being Titanium Elite for 10 years

    One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. I am Marriott Titanium Elite. They were extremely difficult about providing an early check in - even at 1:30PM. The lady who checked me in even lied and said they were sold out so couldnt switch me to a king bed room, despite there being plenty of rooms on sale online. How can they not clean even 1 room between the check out time of 11AM and 1:30PM? I don't expect this inability to provide a room given my loyalty status. Only 1 elevator works and takes forever!! The working elevator causes so much noise I can hear it go up and down loudly from inside of my room - its woken me up so many times that my whoop sleep score is the lowest I've ever seen it. There is EXTREMELY LOUD DRILLING construction on the road in front of the hotel - i guess this is not their fault, but they should warn guests. The walls are thin and you can hear every single thing outside the room - even if people are chatting you can hear ever word. Room is tiny and generally quite awful, even for NYC standards. I presumed it would be bigger given this is a suite hotel, but I didnt check the measurements beforehand. Its basically the same as a Moxy. If you are overweight, you definitely will not fit in the bathroom.     Good Service, great location, but rooms are very small.

    Pro:-Service was quite good. The staff from check in and check out  were very helpful.-The room itself and breakfast area was clean.-Location is great, very close to 6 line and Q line.Con:-We were surprised by how small the room was. The room has space for the beds, but no room for a table and chair, so there was no space to do anywork on your laptop.-The lifts were slow and during half of the time of our stay, only one of the two elevators was working. It took a long time to get back to our floor during checkout time.     Pretty dismal. Sparse staff; small, cramped, uncomfortable lobby. Impossible to reach staff from room(No TV remote).     Megha was MEGA!

    I just reserved a room for a quick nap during a break in the work day. I had trouble booking at first through the app and called the hotel directly. Megha who was at the desk proceeded to be a great help in adjusting my time to accommodate me! I’ve travelled many places and have asked for similar accommodations only to either be told it can’t be done or having to explain it numerous times with numerous reps to get it done and Megha simply said “it’s done! Enjoy your stay!” Oh man what a relief! I wish ALL reps at all places were like this! Thanks again and again Megha!
