The place can use some spousing up. A bit more deep cleaning would work and honestly a full enclosure for the showers would be great too

Stay far away...terrible experience

Do not stay here! I reserved a room for a few nights based off of reviews I saw on Expedia....my mistake. The reviews on Google are more accurate. Please do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and book somewhere else. The entire place smells like weed and the shower didn't work in the room that we were given. I reached out to Expedia to ask about the refund policy after we checked in and they told me to hold so that they could speak to the front desk staff. As soon as they got off the phone with her, she came to our room, banging on the door, yelling "why didn't you tell me there was a problem?!". We told her our issues and she gave us the room next door. Once we were in there (and extremely upset), we decided to just book another place. The second room also smelled and we didn't feel comfortable with any staff having access to our belongings (especially since we overhead the front desk woman talking about us to the cleaning staff while switching out our keys). After two calls to Expedia and one to the hotel itself, there will be absolutely no money refunded, despite the fact that we only stayed for less than an hour out of our 3 day reservation. Stay away from this place. The staff are rude and the hotel is nasty.

The bed was comfortable at least. The staff was rude. There is active leaking in the ceiling on the second floor hallway and the first floor lobby. The ac unit didn’t work and had obvious water damage as the wall sags underneath it. The bedding was stained and oddly the tv didn’t have good cable. The location doesn’t seem bad. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to Time Square via Lyft. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast. So we can’t say anything about the quality of it. But overall the establishment needs to be remodeled and repaired.

a dump. photo of breakfast bar is false advertising. there was coffee and yoghurt. the room was clean, but the whole place needs a facelift. carpets torn and dirty. no room service on second day despite paying full price for two days. location ok. way too much money for the room. no value
